Someone has no clue whatsoever how the creative process works for the majority of people, and how it's nigh impossible to finish a creative project you hate working on. I of course won't say who that someone is, but it's clear that this someone needs to get off their high bloody horse when they most likely never spent so much as a penny on the game in question. Especially when that someone is on a pirating forum. ;)

Also, Money or Morals is NOT dead. The "main" game is. I'm gonna make more content with the characters from it.

If you want a finished product then only buy finished products. People pledging to creator's Patreons either know the risk, that they're funding the artist, their life style and the progress as is and not a finished project, or they're idiots. I've personally yet to see a Patreon that guaranteed a finished product, maybe a quick reference to it but never a guarantee that it'll be made.

You mean if I will? Yes, I will make sort of "spin-off" games on the Money or Morals universe.

If you mean other people, well... if someone wants to try and continue this game go ahead, not gonna stop you. It's not like I own the rights to it or anything, it's made using Honey Select 2 after all.

Not right now no. In the future maybe but I'm clearly not ready to make intricate stories/large games yet.

Edit: Or maybe I am, it's just hard to keep the same level of enjoyment for a project the further it goes on.

And that sort of attitude is why lots of people will NEVER patron anything...

I hope I'm wrong but, to me, making spin offs sounds a lot like something that is going to be used to make other stories or "not canon" events to excuse... well, I'll just say questionable content... You'll want to use all the cute models you've made, I'd bet money on that, but will you have it just be the Mc from MoM doing the fucking of those models? Again, I might be wrong and I hope I am, but experience tells me that "spin offs," is often code for "not technically," three letter content. And often, "I'm bored or not inspired anymore by this," often means, "I want to make things that won't fly with my fans like having the lol1's in gangbangs, sharing and swinging, and stuff, but it would cost me to make it in this game I said wouldn't have that kind of stuff." Once again, I hope I'm wrong, but also, experience tells me this is often how it goes.

If I am wrong and the spin offs are not just round-about ways to get characters from this into situations where other characters bang them or they are in things that wouldn't fly in this game then I'll be very happy, as I liked this a lot and wouldn't mind some side content if it was this Mc still with these girls. Anyway, I'll avoid a long rant this time, cheers.

EDIT: Dev confirmed that if the love interests from this show up in any spin-offs the only guy they would be with would be the Mc from this, ;)

To be fair, spin off could just mean he could just have the MC do the actual tutoring job versus the family biz and high-stakes stuff MoM had. It would rip out the need for a massive story & would allow dicking around. You are way too right to worry of course.

what a waste,was your game is your thing to kill the game im ok with it ,but forget about loli content,and put some damn effort in the plot ,u are using hs1\2 models isnt to hard,....unless you change to actual daz models ....if the main game is dead there is no point to play side one's,...make a new short story or 10 u can use same models but no same characters......pppl will be sad ,mad bcs of that,....

The protagonist of Money or Morals is the only one that will ever fuck the girls from that game. And I'm not going to all of a sudden change the type of genre.

another game abandoned due to lack of interest from this creator, a piece of advice for you, don't do anything else, no one here has an ounce of faith that you will one day finish something, just let people forget and move on to other devs who actually deserve the support both financially and motivationally, because you don't deserve either one, rest in peace Ronavan.

wtf is this guy talking about? The game barely had any support.

I'm all for short games, less chance of them being abandoned.. If there's a spin-off just with the mom, it'll already be better than most recent games.
I'm a pessimist, but this bitching is ridiculous.
In the end of the day it's better than nothing.

Yeah... People need to stop giving these guys monthly Patreon sub $. Just donate when if you want when they actually release an update. Look at how many devs for these types of games abandon their games without finishing the story, how many rush garbage endings for these games to start their next project, how many change the whole idea or sneak in things said wouldn't be in the game due to Patron demands, and how many have multiple projects running at once and take decades to finish, if at all.
